Hard To Resist
Deliveries are made using a variety of carriers, in order to ensure that we can offer you the best service and the most cost effective delivery charges.
Deliveries are made to UK mainland addresses only. No deliveries are made to BFPO, PO Boxes or freight forwarding companies. If you require a delivery to an UK offshore address (Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Isles, Sciliy Isles) or an international address, then please contact us by email for further information.
If goods are ordered before 11 a.m. we will aim to dispatch them on the same day. Orders received after 11 a.m. will be dispatched the following day. Orders made at weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Goods will normally be delivered 1 - 3 days after dispatch. If you require your items sooner then please contact us by email and we will make all efforts to help you.
Any tracking information will be sent to you by email upon dispatch.
If your goods are delivered by a courier your signature will be required. If no one is available to sign for the goods when they are delivered a card will be left. The card will provide details of how you can organize the redelivery or collection of your goods.
